Effective September 30, 2026
This notice explains how the Beiing Human for Foundation connector (foundation.mcp.beiinghuman.com) handles your data. The connector links an AI assistant, such as Claude, to your company’s Foundation accounting database. It supplements our website Privacy Policy, which covers this website only.
What the connector reads
Only the Foundation modules you select on the consent screen when you connect: accounts payable, accounts receivable, job cost and commitments, general ledger and bank, and payroll and timecards. It can never read more than the Foundation login you provide is permitted to read. If you choose Hide personal data, payroll and HR tools are removed and employees appear by number only. Social Security numbers are always masked.
How that data is used
Foundation data is returned to your AI assistant only in answer to a request made in that assistant. Beiing Human does not store the Foundation data the connector reads, and does not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Your Foundation login
The username and password you enter on the consent screen travel from your browser to our server over HTTPS, are checked against Foundation, and are then encrypted (AES-256-GCM) into the access token that your AI assistant stores. They are not written to any database and are not visible to Beiing Human staff. While a session is open, the connection is held in server memory only.
Changes made in Foundation
The connector is read-only unless you allow approved writes on the consent screen. Each write is shown to a person and made only after they approve it. For every write, we keep a record of what changed, before and after, so that it can be reversed. Social Security numbers and personal employee fields are not kept in that record. These records are kept while you use the connector and are deleted on request.
Logs
For security and support we keep operational logs: the time, IP address, client identifier, requested path, session ID, Foundation database name and any error message. The logs do not contain the financial or payroll data the connector returns. They are kept for 90 days and then deleted.
Your AI assistant
Data returned to your AI assistant is processed by that assistant’s provider under your agreement with them. For Claude, see Anthropic’s Privacy Policy.
Where data is processed
The connector runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States (us-east-1).
Disconnecting and deletion
To stop access, remove the connector in your AI assistant and disable the Foundation login you used. To have write records deleted, email support@beiinghuman.com.
