Construction-native reports
Live WIP, over- and under-billings, subcontract status, schedule of values, and budget-vs.-actual — pulled from the same ERP your accountant closed the month in.
Beiing Human's MCP connectors let Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot read and write to Foundation, Procore, Vista, Spectrum, and Autodesk — so your controllers can ask questions in plain English instead of pulling exports from four systems.
MCP was designed to be simple. Install connectors for the systems you already run, ask in the language your team already uses, and let the AI do the work of moving between systems.
One connector per system — Foundation, Vista, Spectrum, Procore, Autodesk, BuildPass, Acumatica, Sage Intacct, and more. Ships read-only. Turn on write access when your team is ready.
Reference jobs, cost codes, vendors, PMs, and date ranges by name. No SQL. No exports. No report builder to learn on the side.
The AI pulls from your live data and shows the underlying records, so any number can be traced back to Foundation, Vista, Spectrum, Procore, Autodesk, BuildPass, Acumatica, Sage Intacct, or wherever it came from — in a click.
Generic AI tools flatten construction into a spreadsheet. Our MCP layer is tuned to the vocabulary and workflows your controllers actually use — WIP, retention, over- and under-billings, lien waivers, T&M tickets, and cost codes down to the phase.
Live WIP, over- and under-billings, subcontract status, schedule of values, and budget-vs.-actual — pulled from the same ERP your accountant closed the month in.
Catches the AP and AR gaps between Foundation and Procore without anyone diffing two screens on a Tuesday afternoon.
Draft a lien waiver, log a change order, update a schedule. The AI writes back to the same systems it read from, with a full audit trail.
Every connector is designed around the principle that your controller should sleep at night. Read-only by default, permissioned per user, and blind to anything that shouldn't leave the accounting system.
Every connector ships in read-only mode. Write actions require explicit configuration and log every change back to your ERP with a full audit trail.
Each user only sees what they're already cleared for in Foundation or Procore. If your PM can't see labor cost today, the AI won't show it to them either.
Employee Social Security numbers and other sensitive PII are redacted and/or blocked by the MCP server.
Connectors we've built or are actively building — with more added based on customer demand. If your vendor isn't on the list, we publish the guides so anyone can build their own.

Real questions from real controllers, PMs, and project accountants — the kind that used to take forty-five minutes across four tabs.
Beiing Human builds AI-native tools for construction's back office. Start with MCP if you already have the systems. Add the products below as the workflows they replace come up for renewal.
The glue layer. Connects your ERP, PM, email, and calendar to Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and other MCP-compatible AI tools.
AI-powered AP built for construction teams. Reduces manual work, speeds approvals, and improves job-cost visibility.
Automates the collection, tracking, and reconciliation of lien waivers across every job and every sub.
Compare your AP workflow against contractors like you. Model the savings from automation before you commit.
MigrationMove from a legacy accounting system to your next ERP without losing job history or coding conventions.
Automatically parse certificates of insurance, W-9s, and vendor documents from your inbox into structured records.
Claude by Anthropic, ChatGPT by OpenAI, and Microsoft Copilot — plus any other tool that supports the MCP protocol. Because MCP is an open standard, the connectors we build keep working as more AI providers adopt it. You're not locking yourself into one vendor.
Every number the AI returns links back to the source record in Foundation, Procore, or wherever it came from. Click through to the underlying invoice, PO, or subcontract to verify. We recommend sense-checking your first few answers against a figure your controller already trusts.
Live. Connectors pull from your ERP and PM systems in real time when you ask a question, so you're not looking at yesterday's export.
No — that's the whole reason MCP exists. Your systems stay where they are. The MCP layer just lets Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot reach into them so your team stops tab-hopping.
No. Your ERP and PM data is never used to train models, ours or anyone else's. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and payroll and employee records are blocked at the connector level.
Two options — request it and we'll prioritize against demand, or build it yourself using our published connector guide. Either way, you're not stuck waiting on our roadmap.
We're onboarding a small group of construction finance teams to the MCP beta. If your stack is Foundation, Procore, Vista, Spectrum, or Autodesk — you're the reason we're building this.
